Woodleys Farmhouse is situated a mile from the village of Woburn Sands, and just 3 miles from the lovely picturesque village of Woburn. The property is a traditional bed and breakfast set in a quiet location with lovely secluded gardens, and views across farmland. The farmhouse comprises 6 well presented bedrooms, 4 of which are situated in the original cottage which dates back over 300 years, and a further 2 in the adjacent bungalow annex. This bed and breakfast prides itself on being a family friendly establishment, offering a family suite, as well as double and twin rooms.
Room 1 is a large en suite room suitable for a family. Large patio doors lead out onto the garden offering convenient disabled access.
Room 2 is a twin bedded room with large en suite bathroom.
Rooms 3 and 6 are also en suite and are well proportioned rooms.
Room 4 is another twin with large en suite bathroom and separate shower facilities.
Room 5 is a small double bedroom with separate private bathroom and corner bath. The room overlooks the garden. All the bedrooms at Woodleys Farmhouse offer free wifi, digital television and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests are offered a full English breakfast included in the room price and vegetarians will also naturally be catered for. Woodleys Farmhouse is only a short 10 minute drive into Milton Keynes where you will find thecentre:MK, one of the longest shopping centres in Europe with almost 200 shops and a vast array of restaurants. There are also a number of leisure facilities on offer including Xscape and Snozone. For a great family day out you may wish to visit Silverstone Race Circuit, take a trip to Woburn Abbey and Safari Park, visit Bletchley Park, or one of the many other attractions in the area.
